Welcome to Gangnam Saju! These terms apply when you use gangnamsaju.club (the “service”), operated by Gangnam Saju. By using the service you agree to them, and we’ve kept them short.
1. What Gangnam Saju is
A free saju (Four Pillars) reading service for entertainment and self-reflection. Readings are generated automatically from the birth details you enter, using traditional rules and our own calculations.
2. Not professional advice
Readings are not medical, psychological, financial, legal or any other kind of professional advice. Nothing on the service recommends or discourages a medical or cosmetic procedure, a surgery date, a treatment or a choice of doctor. Please make important decisions with a qualified professional and your own judgment.
3. No guarantee
We work hard on accuracy, but the service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that a reading is accurate or complete, that it will come true, or that the service will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, and except where caused by our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading or for any loss arising from your use of the service.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the service with your own birth details, or with someone else’s only if they’re happy for you to do so.
- Don’t put sensitive information or offensive words in the nickname field.
- Don’t spam, scrape, overload or attack the service, or try to get around its rate limits or security measures.
- Don’t use the service for anything unlawful or to harass anyone.
We may block requests or remove readings that break these rules.
5. Your readings
Each reading gets its own private link, and anyone you give it to can view it. You can delete your reading at any time with its delete link; otherwise its personal details are erased after 365 days, as described in our privacy policy.
6. Content and intellectual property
The texts, mascots, illustrations, design and software of Gangnam Saju belong to Gangnam Saju or its licensors. You’re welcome to share your own reading (the link, screenshots and the story-card image) for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t copy, resell or republish our content or design in bulk, or present it as your own. The classical texts we quote are in the public domain; our translations and explanations of them are ours.
7. Links to other sites
The service may link to other websites, such as travel and beauty guides. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Changes
We may update the service and these terms. When we change the terms, we’ll post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Nothing in them limits any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country.
